Hello, this is Yosr from Tunisia, currently living in Poznan, Poland. Together with other volunteers and friends from CIM HORYZONTY, I took part in Europe & You youth Exchange in Germany with 10 countries represented: 🇩🇪🇵🇱🇹🇳🇬🇪🇲🇹🇬🇷🇹🇷🇪🇸(Galicia)🇵🇹🇳🇱. The opportunity did not only allow me to sit with experts and discuss current affairs in the EU, attend workshops, and meet friends from different countries and backgrounds but also to broaden my understanding about certain topics and ask questions concerning European relations, in which i have limited knowledge and curious to explore. Experts and politicians shared their knowledge and answered concerns about critical events in Europe during this time.
Thanks to CIM Horyzonty who trusted in my abilities to represent them as a volunteer, working with people of different ages to ensure providing a safe space for thought through facilitating interactive sessions and activities that offer a hands-on experience with other, different, cultures, thus, building a bridge across differences.
I look forward to exploring more about Poland, which is now my home as I embrace this new experience!
