Poznań Pow! – Promotion and Organization of Volunteering in Poznań
The aim of the Poznań Pow! project is to strengthen and develop volunteering in Poznań in 2025 by increasing the involvement of young people, organizations, and institutions in voluntary activities. It was financed from the budget of the City of Poznań and implemented by the Horyzonty Center for Intercultural Initiatives in 2025.
The project includes training and consultations for non-governmental organizations, schools, kindergartens, universities, and municipal institutions on the accreditation and acceptance of volunteers under international programs (European Solidarity Corps, Erasmus+), both at the local and intercultural levels.
The project is in line with the objectives of the “Poznań program for the development of urban volunteering for 2024-2027” and aims to professionalize the volunteering system in Poznań.
