Our team recently embarked on a transformative journey, delving into the realm of inclusion and diversity through the inspiring #Y4I training organized by OSCE. The invaluable lessons and insights gained from this experience fueled our passion to extend the ripple of inclusivity further. Motivated by this newfound knowledge, we decided to create a mini-training session for Ferajna, an initiative close to our hearts.
Together with the guidance of Przestrzeń Działań Otwartych, we shaped a unique and immersive training program. The collaboration with this theater group added a vibrant dimension to our exploration of inclusion, turning it into an engaging and interactive experience. Their expertise provided a dynamic backdrop, enriching our understanding of empathy, human rights, and the significance of inclusive spaces.
In the safe haven we collectively constructed, participants at Ferajna were encouraged to open their hearts and minds to the beauty of diversity.
